At JJ Star Glass & Mirror LLC, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-crafted glass and mirror products. Because our materials are tailored to exact measurements, our refund policy reflects the custom nature of our fabrication and installation services.

1. Custom Glass & Special Orders All custom-cut glass, shower enclosures, custom mirrors, and commercial storefront products are made-to-order. Due to the personalized nature of these materials, all sales are final once fabrication or material cutting has commenced. Refunds are not accepted for custom orders unless there is a verified material defect or installation error caused by our team.

2. Order Cancellations

• Before Fabrication: You may cancel your project request for a full refund of your deposit only if glass cutting or material ordering has not yet started.

• After Fabrication: Once materials have been cut or ordered from the manufacturer, deposits and project fees become non-refundable.

 

3. Workmanship & Defects Guarantee We stand behind the precision of our craftsmanship. If you notice any defect, damage, or measurement discrepancy upon project completion:

• Please notify us within 48 hours of installation.

• Our team will inspect the issue, and if a manufacturing defect or installation error is identified, we will repair or replace the affected glass product at no extra cost.

 

4. Deposits Deposits required to secure project scheduling and order custom materials are non-refundable once final on-site measurements are completed and production begins.
